How do we find a balanced way to live our busy lives?

I believe we make an impact in our own lives and are molded by our relationships with others.

Along with the excitement of moving in, I have those old nagging thoughts, "What if it doesn't work out? What if I lose my focus"?

So many exciting things are happening right now — the greatest being the near completion of my art studio.

As I continue to explore my real fear of trying new things in both art and life, the understanding that these fears (though real in my body and mind) were created by my thoughts in the first place, gives me the freedom to let them go.
